1. Raat Ko Chai Band Karein

Raat ko chai ya coffee 

bilkul mat piyein.

Caffeine se neend 

nahi aati.


2. Phone Band Karein

Sone se 1 ghanta pehle

phone band kar dein.

Screen ki roshni se

neend nahi aati.


3. Doodh Piyein

Raat ko sone se pehle

ek glass garam doodh

piyein. Isse achhi

neend aati hai.


4. Shahad Khayein

Raat ko ek chammach

shahad khayein.

Yeh neend lane mein

bahut helpful hai.


5. Andar Ka Mahaul

Kamre ko thanda

aur andhera rakhein.

Isse jaldi neend aati hai.


6. Exercise Karein

Roz subah 30 minute

exercise karein.

Raat ko achhi neend

aayegi. Lekin raat ko

exercise na karein.


7. Sone Ka Waqt Fix Karein

Roz ek hi waqt par

sonay ki aadat banayein.

Body ka clock set

ho jayega.


8. Paani Kam Piyein

Raat ko sone se pehle

zyada paani na piyein.

Baar baar uthna padega.


9. Meditation Karein

Sone se pehle 10 minute

meditation karein.

Dimagh shant hoga

aur neend aayegi.


10. Tension Free Rahein

Sone se pehle koi

tension wali baat

mat sochein.

Khush khayali mein

so jayein.


Yeh nuskhe roz apnayein

aur rat bhar chain ki

neend lein!
