1. Karela Ka Juice

Roz subah khali pet karele 

ka juice piyein. Yeh blood

2. Methi Dana

Raat ko methi dana paani 

mein bhigo dein. Subah 

woh paani piyein.


3. Dalchini

Chai mein dalchini daalein.

Yeh blood sugar control 

karne mein madad karta hai.


4. Paani Zyada Piyein

Roz 8-10 glass paani piyein.

Isse blood sugar control 

rehta hai.


5. Meetha Bilkul Band Karein

Cheeni, mithai, cold drinks 

bilkul band kar dein.


6. Walk Zaroor Karein

Roz 30 minute walk karein.

Khana khane ke baad 

thoda zaroor chalein.


7. Neem Ke Patte

Subah khali pet 5-7 neem 

ke patte chaba kar khayein.


8. Amla Ka Juice

Roz amla ka juice piyein.

Yeh diabetes mein 

bahut faida deta hai.


9. Choti Choti Meals Lein

Ek baar zyada khane ki 

jagah thoda thoda 

baar baar khayein.


10. Tension Se Bachein

Stress se blood sugar 

badhta hai. Roz meditation 

karein aur khush rahein!
