Tension se bhi vajan badhta hai.

Roz 10 minute meditation karein.


9. Choti choti meals lein

Din mein 3 baar ki jagah

5-6 baar thoda thoda khayein.


10. Consistency rakhen

Yahi sabse zaroori hai.
