8. Neend Puri Lein

Roz 7-8 ghante ki 

neend zaroor lein.

Kam neend se aankhein 

kamzor hoti hain.


9. Paani Zyada Piyein

Roz 8-10 glass paani 

piyein. Paani se aankhein 

healthy rehti hain.


10. Anaar Ka Juice

Roz anaar ka juice 

piyein. Yeh aankhon 

ki roshni badhane 

mein bahut helpful hai.
