 Aaj ke busy lifestyle me sehat ka dhyaan rakhna bahut zaroori hai. Agar aap roz ke chhote-chhote habits improve kar lo, toh aap healthy aur energetic reh sakte ho.

1. Subah jaldi uthna

Subah jaldi uthne se body fresh rehti hai aur dimaag bhi tez kaam karta hai. Koshish karo ki roz ek fixed time pe uthna start karo.

2. Roz exercise karo

Har din kam se kam 20-30 minutes walk ya exercise zaroor karo. Isse body fit rehti hai aur stress bhi kam hota hai.

3. Healthy khana khao

Fast food kam khao aur ghar ka khana zyada lo. Fruits, sabzi aur pani zyada lena bahut zaroori hai.

4. Pani zyada piyo

Din me kam se kam 7-8 glass pani zaroor piyo. Yeh body ko detox karta hai aur skin bhi achhi rehti hai.

5. Sahi neend lo

Roz 7-8 ghante ki neend lena bahut important hai. Kam neend se health aur mood dono kharab hote hain.
